Trussville City Fest is a fun, family event all over downtown Trussville and the admission is FREE! So much going on including kids' activities, vendors, food trucks, art walk, cornhole tournament and lots of entertainment. Make plans to visit Trussville City Fest on September 10, it is a day you will not want to miss!
Make plans to join us on Tuesday, November 8 for the the Legislative Breakfast at the Trussville Civic Center. Congressman Gary Palmer will be joining us to give us a Washington update. Check-in will begin at 6:45 and breakfast will be served at 7am.
Make plans to attend the City's Community Caroling and Tree Lighting Ceremony in historical downtown Trussville on Sunday, November 27 at 4:30-6pm. Gather on the mall where there will be Christmas carols, hot chocolate, cookies and other Christmas activities. Santa will also be there to visit with the kids. This free event is a perfect way to kick off the Christmas season in Trussville.
We hope you will join us for the 2022 Christmas Parade as it passes through historic Downtown Trussville. This is a free event for the citizens of Trussville to enjoy. The parade will begin on Parkway Drive. It will turn right onto Gadsden Highway and right again onto Chalkville Mountain Road. The parade will end after it passes by the Christmas tree at the Mall.
Our parade theme will be announced closer to the event. Entries are encouraged but not required to take part in the theme for the float competition. Prizes will be awarded to: Best Interpretation of Theme, Most Original, Most Innovative, Best Overall and Best Walking Group.
