Responsible for fitting and welding parts using information from production to drawings, shop travelers, and work instructions as required utilizing MIG welder, fixtures and basic welding tools to meet print specifications

Setting appropriate welding machine parameters for material being welded, Making welds to meet print specifications, Producing strong penetrated welds that are smooth non-porous and consistent, Follow required procedures and uses appropriate fixtures to assist in the assembly process, Basic operation of robotic weld cell as assigned, Verify conformance of finished part to print specifications and quality standards.
Job Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years experience or vocational schooling in Welding field
