Exhibitors are responsible fortheir own tables, chairs, tents/shade, etc. No guarantee made of specific location or availability of electricity.In consideration of the permission given to this Exhibitor by TACC to use certain specified premises inside of the City of Trussville, AL, for the purpose ofexhibiting and/or selling or fund raising on the Festival date of this year, this Exhibitor on behalf of him/herself, employees, members, customers, and inviteeshereby agrees that the premises are to be used and enjoyed at his/her own risk, and agrees to save and hold harmless the TACC and the City of Trussville andany members, employees, agents and representatives from and against all liabilities, damages, cost, fees, and expenses or action suits, demands, judgments andclaims of any nature or in any manner arising from, by reason of, or in connection with injury to/or death of persons or damage to property in any mannerarising from the use or occupancy of the premises by the Exhibitor or resulting from a condition of the premises or weather-related conditions on move in/setupday or day of Festival. Any video or photos taken on behalf of TACC of any exhibits/vendors/exhibitors are the sole property of the TACC, and may be used topublicize future events. Fees are non-refundable.
