The American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course prepares participants with the knowledge and skills needed to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies. This comprehensive training includes Deep Water Lifeguarding, Professional Rescuer CPR/AED, and First Aid, with an emphasis on safety, teamwork, and professionalism. Upon successful completion, participants earn American Red Cross certification which is valid for two years.
