Holy Cross Episcopal 90 Parkway Drive, Trussville, AL, United StatesThe Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to coordinate a variety of events throughout the year. From City Fest to the annual Christmas Parade, you and your family are sure to enjoy events around Trussville.
We hope you will join us for the 2023 Christmas Parade as it passes through historic Downtown Trussville. This is a free event for the citizens of Trussville to enjoy. The parade will begin on Parkway Drive. It will turn right onto Highway 11 and right again onto Chalkville Mountain Road. The parade will end after it passes by the Christmas tree at the Mall.Â
This year's parade theme will be announced closer to the event. Entries are encouraged but not required to take part in the theme for the float competition. Prizes will be awarded to: Best Interpretation of Theme, Most Original, Most Innovative, Best Overall and Best Walking Group. Several honorable mentions will also be named. Â
**Rain Date: Sunday, December 10 at 3pmÂ
Make plans to attend the City's Community Caroling and Tree Lighting Ceremony in historical downtown Trussville on Sunday, November 26 at 4:00-6pm. Gather on the mall where there will be Christmas carols, hot chocolate, cookies and other Christmas activities. Santa will also be there to visit with the kids. This free event is a perfect way to kick off the Christmas season in Trussville. The Mayor and Santa will light the tree at 6pm.
Make plans to join us on Tuesday, November 9 for the Legislative Breakfast at the Trussville Civic Center. Check-in will begin at 6:45 and breakfast will be served at 7am.Â
Trussville City Fest is a fun, family event all over downtown Trussville and the admission is FREE! So much going on including kids' activities, vendors, food trucks, art walk, cornhole tournament and lots of entertainment. Make plans to visit Trussville City Fest on September 16, it is a day you will not want to miss!Â

This event is a gathering of city and elected officials, along with church leaders, school administrators, members of the business community, and civic-minded individuals, for a faith-based time of intercession and thanks.
The festivities begin at 5:30pm and the movie starts at dusk (7:45pm)
This is a free event! There will be lots of activities and fun for all ages to enjoy.
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets as we gather on the grassy mall in downtown Trussville.
Food trucks will be there selling food and desserts.
Join the Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce in June for the 15th Annual Golf Tournament.
The date of the event is Monday, June 26, 2023
The shotgun scramble will begin at 8 a.m. at Pine Tree Country Club.

The dress code is soft spikes, collared shirts and no denim.
