• Deliver a seamless, integrated client experience by establishing, maintaining, and building client and advisor relationships.
• Answer and return client phone calls with a positive and helpful attitude. • Make follow-up calls to clients to maintain relationships. • Schedule client appoints and manage advisors’ calendars as needed. • Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures. Utilize Docupace, DocuSign, etc. as needed. • Update and maintain client records in various systems (i.e., Redtail, Orion, NFS, Wealthscape, Dropbox). • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. • Draft letters, memos and other correspondence as requested. • Serve as notary public for client and office document authentication. • Assist with agency mail, maintaining photocopiers and ordering office supplies. • Keep the front lobby and work areas tidy and presentable. Perform other general office duties as assigned.
